Before: The house had a small kitchen / dining room, a porch and a garage. The owners wanted to create additional living space and update the look and functionality of the home.	After: The house had a kitchen with a separate dining room and living room. Walls and winders were removed to give the house a larger and more open feel.

Garage/Living Room : The garage was converted into a living room. The wall between the garage and porch was removed and a railing was added to open up the space. French doors replaced the garage door and windows were added to brighten the room.

Porch/Dining Room : The porch was finished so that it became a dining room that overlooks the living room.

Kitchen: The kitchen was updated with new appliances, cabinets, counter tops and lighting. The bay window which used to look out at the porch was removed creating a pass through for the dining room.
